Welcome to Wili Wili Tree AG. High customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your product, we are happy to help.
Shop sustainably. We are not Zalando. Think about this when you order something. We believe you don't have to order all the colors or sizes to choose one.
1. Return Policy
Products can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date (postmark is decisive).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it – unworn and unused, with tags attached, and packed in its original packaging. Personalized or discounted products cannot be returned. If a discounted product is returned to our warehouse, we will charge the customer 20% for the return shipping.
2. Return process including return address
To proceed with your return, please follow these instructions:
Fill out the online return form. We will not accept returns without contacting us within the specified return period.
Pack your WILI WILI TREE product, including all components, in the original packaging.
Ensure that you add sufficient postage to the package and then drop the box off at your local post office.

3. Refunds
Refunds for returned products may take between 10-20 days, depending on the payment provider (provided the return conditions are met). Refunds will be made to the original payment method used to purchase the product.
As an environmentally conscious company, we do not offer free returns. Please note that the gross price (less 10% of the sales price for administrative costs, checking the goods, and returning them to the warehouse) will generally be refunded. Condition: The goods must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Otherwise, no refund will be issued.
No Return Policy/No Refund: The return policy cannot be exercised or a refund will not be issued in the following cases:
Original packaging is missing
Damaged products
Unjustified returns (outside the specified time limit, etc.)
4. Defective and Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@wiliwili.com. If you receive the incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you the correct item.
5. Exceptions and Non-Exchangeable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or items purchased with gift cards. Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made items (such as special orders or personalized items).
6. Unjustified Returns
If items are returned for reasons beyond our control (discounted items, damaged items, or dirty items), WILI WILI TREE AG reserves the right not to issue a refund in exceptional circumstances.
